Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit thedailybrave.org. The short version: this website does not ask you for any personal data, sets no cookies of its own, and runs no analytics or tracking. The only personal data we ever handle is what you choose to send us by email.

Who is responsible

The website is operated by SPANISH-RIVIERA FLIPS SL, a company based in Spain ("we", "us"). For anything related to your data, write to eladalon@icloud.com.

What this site does and does not do

• There are no accounts, forms, newsletters, comment boxes or checkout on this site.
• We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• We embed no social media widgets and load no third-party scripts.
• The fonts are served from our own web space, so no font provider sees your visit.
• The book is sold on Amazon, not here. When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy applies from that point on.

Technical data processed by our hosting provider

The site is delivered by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Like any web server, Netlify's systems process the technical information a browser sends when it requests a page: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the site to you and to keep it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in running a working, secure website). We do not receive or keep copies of these logs. Netlify's handling of this data, including how long it is kept and how transfers outside the EU are protected, is described in Netlify's own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

If you email us

If you write to eladalon@icloud.com, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to answer you (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than the law requires us to keep business correspondence. We do not add your address to any mailing list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email eladalon@icloud.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

If the site ever adds a feature that handles personal data, such as a contact form or a newsletter, this policy will be updated first and the date at the top will change.
