What the site is

thedailybrave.org is an informational site about the guided journal Becoming Fearless: An 84-Day Journey Through Fear by Elad Alon. Nothing is sold on this site. When the book becomes available it will be sold through Amazon, and any purchase is a contract between you and Amazon under Amazon's own terms, prices, delivery conditions and returns policy. We are not a party to that purchase.

Not professional advice

The journal and this site offer reflective exercises, prompts and general information about fear and courage. They are not therapy, counselling, medical care or any other professional service, and they are not a substitute for one. If you are in distress, or are working through trauma, please seek help from a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Decisions you make based on the content are your own responsibility.
